Materiality 01
Establishment of a resource circulating sustainable supply base for future materials, including high value-added steel

Muroran Institute of Technology

A system will be built in Hokkaido to collect high-quality scrap from ships and to steadily supply high value-added steel according to the relevant application. Solutions to the challenges facing SMEs will be offered by providing them with technology seeds and developing a joint order taking system. Hokkaido will then serve as a base for supplying high value-added materials to the world.
