Research and education base for carbon-free, sustainable wine making

Hokkaido University

To create a carbon-free society, research and development into sustainable, carbon-free wine making facilities will be performed for Hokkaido’s promising wine making industry. This project is also aimed at developing a research and education base for regional industry-academia-government collaborations that enable a broad range of stakeholders to learn about the latest technologies and gain access to information on business management and the environment.
